The aim is simple: to listen.
Not to policies or assumptions, but to the voices of healthcare professionals.
The findings will help identify the factors that make healthcare professionals feel respected, supported, valued and able to provide the best possible care. Over time, anonymous themes and insights will be shared through free reports and educational resources to encourage healthier workplace cultures across healthcare.
